Erin sent me this picture of Sable swimming in the bathtub. It's so hilarious. Plus, she also sent along a little video clip of Miss Sable doing the weasel-paddle. It made me laugh. Whenever we'd give her a bath, she would shiver and shake for hours - even if it was 95 degrees outside! talk to you later, djb
Andrew & Jarrett's Other Website About My Stuff
This website is dedicated to the memories of Andrew & Jarrett Burkholder, who were both killed in a car accident while on their way home from high school in March 2003. It's about their mom and what's going on with her, the flowers, the critters and life in the country.

It's Friday already! Boy, this week has gone by so fast. Actually, this month has disappeared in the blink of an eye. Next Wednesday is February 1st. Yikes! Here's a picture of Andrew in the snow back in the days before global warming. It's supposed to be 50 degrees here today. That is just wrong. This is the coldest time of the year for many reasons. My flowers bulbs are probably very confused by now. see you all later, djb

We got 7 inches of snow last night. It was so gorgeous. I'll put a picture of the front yard on here so you all can see it - especially those individuals in our family who live in Florida where I heard that the temperature today was in the high 70's or low 80's today. Right now, it's 24 degrees here at 4:49 pm. See ya later, djb

It's Friday today - here's that closeup picture of Hobbes that I like so much. I think I used my new camera for this picture. It's hard to remember any more. All of sudden, I had a brainstorm which I have to check out right now. Hope you are enjoying your life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. As usual, I'm on the weather watch so I'd better be going out to get some provisions before we get snowed in tonight. see ya later. Stay warm, djb

I still don't know exactly what I'm doing here on this blog. It doesn't matter, I guess, since it's all in fun, and it is FREE!!
We love this picture of Andrew and Jarrett in front of the garage full of their toys. If there was a toy to be had, we had it. Except for that Little Tykes car - we never did get one of those.
They never seemed to stop moving from the minute they got up until they went to sleep at night. Non-stop, full of energy.
That picture of Hobbes and Sable cracks me up every time I see it. Hobbes wanted to "get" that weasel - every time he saw her. bye, djb

I think this picture is already on my website. I'm so confused that I don't even know what I'm doing any more. Grandpa and Granny were getting ready to go to church on New Year's Day, I think it was. The outfit that Granny is wearing was given to her by Ron and Liz on her birthday one year. I'm trying to type a lot so that the picture isn't just sitting there looking pitiful with on words around it. Let's see how it looks. bye, djb
It's Thursday and it's already 48 degrees. I guess it's time to take down the Christmas decorations. Since I was gone for two weeks, I decided to keep them up a little while longer to enjoy the little white lights. As long as I'm talking about Christmas, I'm going to put in a picture of the Bergs all dressed and looking spiffy. see ya later, djb

It's Wednesday. Pretty much the same as yesterday - cloudy, cold, ugly. I miss the sun and warmth of Florida. Although, I think they're having some cooler weather - not as COLD as we have here in Illinois. Global warming - catch it if you can. Here's a picture of Jarrett, Andrew, Uncle Bergy holding Micky with Avis in the chair taking a little nap a couple of years ago at Aunt Liz and Uncle Ron's house. Of course, I'm not in the picture because I'm behind the camera! see ya, djb

Yes, it is January 10th and I re-configured my other website for Andrew and Jarrett with the help of Dr. Nick. It really looks good! see ya later, djb
On Christmas Eve we went over to the school so Alyssa and Brittany could ride their bikes around the track. This little guy was driving his race car around and around the track. It was pretty cool. When it was time for him to leave, his mom told him he could drive around two more times, and he did just that. We were quite amazed!

This is my new fun website for Andrew and Jarrett. I can't really get rid of the other website because I have thousands of pictures and millions of words invested in it. I don't particulary like the way the other one looks, so I'm going to try this for now. see ya later, djb
