It's a little blurry, but this is the last couple of bites of what I ate for lunch today.
Friday the Blue Moon - August 31, 2012 - This might look a little weird to a person but it's SO healthy. I decided to stir fry a bunch of the veggies that I had in the frig before they went bad.
First: Olive oil in the pan, seasoned with garlic salt
I added: mushroom, onions, celery, carrots, cauliflower, orange green peppers, red cabbage and finally pineapple.
It tasted so good. I should have taken a picture before I ate it all but I was hungry and it smelled good and I couldn't stop eating it. haha djb
